Fuji Japanese Buffet will be happy to prepare the food for your next event or gathering! Our sushi chefs will skillfully create a gorgeous 18″ or 16″ sushi platter for your guests. We can accommodate requests for larger or custom size sushi platters as well, just ask! If you don’t know what size to order, simply email or call to tell us how many people will be eating and we will assist you in selecting the perfect platter.

Most of our “Hot Cooked” entrees are also available for catered events. We offer a “Full Tray” or “Half Tray” option for sizes. Our “Full Tray” is 18″ by 8″. Our “Half Tray” is 9″ by 8″.
